LaptopBatteryDell reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Although we often modify our shipping carriers, shipping destinations, and shipping rates, we generally ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL to the 48 continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and many other International destinations. Shipping methods and rates are selected by the customer and are verified at checkout. International orders are subject to incremental customs charges and the customer will be responsible for such charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Pickup from our warehouse locations is not available. Shipping rates are determined by weight, shipping speed, and destination postal code. Paid and verified orders, which are in-stock, generally ship within 48 hours. DISCOUNTS/ GIFT CERTIFICATES/ COUPONS/ REWARD POINT PROGRAMS:
We welcome all our customers to use discounts when purchasing products at our Site. Any discounts, gift certificates, coupons, and reward points must be claimed at the time the order is placed. Please use the appropriate place on the order form at checkout to claim your discount. LaptopBatteryDell will be unable to apply any discount to orders which have already been placed. LaptopBatteryDell reserves the right to cancel or void any discount, gift certificate, or reward point at any time.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
LaptopBatteryDell attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, LaptopBatteryDell does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by LaptopBatteryDell itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
PRODUCTS GUARANTEES, DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Products are only covered by manufacturer guarantees and/or warranties. We always do our best to notify customers of these guarantees and warranties. After 30 days defective product must be returned to the manufacturer. Except as expressly stated herein, LaptopBatteryDell makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the LaptopBatteryDell sites. Except as expressly stated herein, LaptopBatteryDell expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to LaptopBatteryDell arising from any product sold on the LaptopBatteryDell sites shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall LaptopBatteryDell, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, LaptopBatteryDell shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. LaptopBatteryDell shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, LaptopBatteryDell shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
DAMAGE:
Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment has been released from LaptopBatteryDell. After shipment is released to the carrier, any damages must be reported to LaptopBatteryDell within five days from receipt of shipment. All claims must be filed by LaptopBatteryDell with the freight carrier. The customer must save all boxes and packing materials for damage inspection by carrier.
RETURNS:
Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer usually up to 3 years from date of delivery (unless specifically stated otherwise). The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. On most items, LaptopBatteryDell offers an exclusive 30 day return policy for purchases made through this Site. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can obtain by emailing pqbattery@gmail.com or by calling LaptopBatteryDell Customer Service (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Time). Please note your order number, item #'s of products being returned, and the reason for return. RMA numbers remain valid for 30 days. Please return your merchandise promptly after receiving an RMA number. All returns must be shipped with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping box. All returned product must be complete with the original manufacturer's packaging and any parts, cords, or manuals. We cannot accept returns of products missing the serial number or UPC; we will not issue refunds for such items.
Defective Merchandise - Defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for exchange, refund, or store credit.
Non-Defective Merchandise - Non-defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for exchange, refund, or store credit. Non-defective items, open merchandise, and incomplete returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 30 Day Return Policy Exceptions - Radar detectors, GPS equipment, computer software, and MP3 players must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. Software can only be exchanged, not returned.
Outgoing shipping charges and processing fees are not refundable under any circumstance. Canceled orders are subject to a cancellation fee. Please allow 14 business days to process your return after it arrives at our warehouse. You will be notified via email once we receive your return. Any merchandise returned to LaptopBatteryDell without authorization or a RMA number will be refused. LaptopBatteryDell reserves the right to refuse any return. An RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
You agree that any legal action brought against LaptopBatteryDell shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the LaptopBatteryDell sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Ventura County, California.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our other policies, such as our privacy policy and return policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to laptopbatterydell.com. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms & Conditions of Use at any time.
