Shipped a Wrong Item:
If we shipped a wrong item, then we will reship the correct one ASAP. The customer must inform us within the first 15 days since the delivery date. We reserve the right to require the photographic proof about the wrong item. We are eligible for requiring the wrong item to be returned. The wrong item should be returned back via normal shipping way, such as USPS, and we will reimburse the return shipping fee.
Bought a Wrong Item:
If the customer bought a wrong item, then he is eligible for an exchange, but not eligible for a refund. The customer must inform us within the first 15 days since the delivery date. The customer should ask our customer service department for a RMA before returning the wrong item. The customer should be responsible for the return shipping fee and we will not reimburse that. The customer should be responsible for the reshipping fee and the price difference of the exchanged item. We may charge 15% restocking fee for the returned item at our decision.
Defective Item:
If the item is DOA (Dead on Arrival), then the customer is eligible for reshipment. If the item happens to appear apparent defect within the first 15 days since the delivery date, the customer is also eligible for reshipment. The customer must inform us within the first 30 days since the delivery date. We reserve the right to require the photographic proof that the item is DOA or defective. We may require the defective item to be returned for inspection. The customer should be responsible for the return shipping fee to return the defective item. We will reship the replacement ASAP. And we are responsible for the reshipping fee. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
Cancelled Order:
If the customer requires canceling an order, then we will try to intercept the order. But we can not guarantee this because we ship out orders very fast. If the order can be intercepted, then we will simply cancel the order and refund the full amount to the customer. If the order has been shipped out, then we can not cancel the order. At this point the customer can contact our customer service department for a RMA and return the item. We will not reimburse the return shipping fee. We will refund after receiving the returned item.
Wrong Address & Undeliverable Address:
If the customer informs us that he has provided a wrong address, then we will try to intercept the order but we can not guarantee this because we ship out orders very fast. If the customer has provided a wrong address and the order is returned to us. The customer may require for a reshipment, and then he should be responsible for the reshipping fee. If the customer has provided a wrong address and the order is NOT returned to us, then we will not be responsible for anything. If the customer has provided an undeliverable address and the order is returned to us. The customer may require for a reshipment, and then he should be responsible for the reshipping fee.
Return Instructions:
Email our customer service department for a RMA before returning the item. Write the RMA number clearly on the front of the returned package. Repack the original package with everything received. For faster processing, please include a copy of your packing slip and write down your reason for return. The customer should be responsible for the return shipping fee. We will not reimburse that (unless when we have shipped a wrong item). Please allow 10 business days to process your returns or exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges for any reason.
Definitions:
RMA = Return Merchandise Authorization. Initial shipping fee = the cost to ship an ordered item. Return shipping fee = the cost to return an item back to us. Reshipping fee = the cost to ship a replacement or an exchanged item to the customer. |
